With the new layout(s) and updates, there's now the option to rotate images that uploaded from iPhones etc. with the incorrect orientation. Simply click the "rotate" button at the bottom of the post. This takes you to the rotate page, where you can rotate the image. When done, click "back to post". In order to see the changes, you will need to do a full reload of the page (shift + R on Mac).
