Hello guys. I know websites that music producers and DJs can use to score free samples and loops for their music. The secret is knowing where to look. So, I’ve made the process even easier by compiling a list of websites that offer free samples and loops that you can use in your next project. Many of these sites vary from major sound databases like Freesound . org to small blog sites dedicated to a particular niche.
It’s important when you’re using sound asset sites to check the license agreement. Each website’s policy and usage guidelines may vary. So, be sure to check for commercial use and whether giving attribution is required or not.

Nice resource, thanks! I'm not much of a sample user these days, but I can see that being very helpful to others.

For guys using a lot of samples, how are you using them? Are you loading them into a hardware sampler, or using software like Battery or Maschine, or using directly in Ableton?
